At Counselling Reflections, I strive to provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where individuals can discover their strengths and use them to make positive changes in their lives.

As a mental health clinical supervisor, I have over 30 years of experience in the health and social care fields, and I am a systemic trained professional. I work with students, professionals, and senior executives, offering 1-1 clinical supervision or reflective group sessions. In addition, running groups and residential in Uk.

I follow the guidelines set by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) to ensure the highest quality of care. I also provide bespoke support to non-line managers, including youth workers and social workers. My goal is to help individuals reflect on their practice experiences and find solutions that work for them.
Training
As an award winning professional and clinical supervisor with extensive experience developing cohesive professional and service user programmes to improve team dynamics and social pedagogy related to, race, diversity, and inclusion.

Over years I contributed producing a documentary on parents living apart from their parents, spoke at national conferences and co-design best practice tool kit.
