At Counselling Reflections, I strive to provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where individuals can discover their strengths and use them to make positive changes in their lives.

I work with students, professionals, and senior executives, offering 1-1 clinical supervision or reflective group sessions. In addition, running groups and residential in Uk.

I follow the guidelines set by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) to ensure the highest quality of care. I also provide bespoke support to non-line managers, including youth workers and social workers. My goal is to help individuals reflect on their practice experiences and find solutions that work for them.
